The following terms are the base of all contracts between DH Caterers and the customer for the services and goods supplied by DH Caterers

1. A non returnable deposit of 25% is payable to secure your booking.
2. No further deposits are required after the booking deposit. You will be invoiced two weeks prior to the function with the final balance made a cleared prior to the function date. Payable by cash or cheque. Any late payments will be subject to interest at 5% per month calculated daily until the monies are received plus any expenses involved with recovering the debt.
3. All dates remain as open and book-able until such time as a deposit payment and written confirmation has been received.
4. Late bookings taken14 days or less prior to your planned event are payable in full at the time of the booking.
5. E. At time to time it may be necessary due to seasonal or supplier circumstances beyond our control to vary the menu. Substitutes will be of equal value and we will endeavour to inform you of any changes prior to your event.
6. Upon receipt of deposit & you have accepted the terms. The following charges will apply in the event of a cancellation:
   
   
   1. Less than 7 days notice – 100% of the balance charged
   2. Less than 14 days notice – 50% of the balance charged
   3. Less than 21 days notice – 25% of the balance charged
   
   Although the deposit may not be sufficient to cover the above charges, accepting these terms you are contractually bound to honour the cancellation policy. In the event of a cancellation an invoice will issued for the relevant amount, and payment will be required within 7 days.
7. All damage to equipment caused by the customer or their guests will be charged The full replacement cost.
8. DH Caterers does not accept any liability for non-completion or delays of the event In the unlikely result of adverse weather conditions, traffic accident or road closure, civil riots or strikes. Fire, flood or any other act of god or natural disaster, or any other event which is beyond the reasonable control of DH Caterers.
